Crystal supports adolescents and adults impacted by childhood, interpersonal, and complex trauma through individual and group therapies.

Areas of exploration may include developing healthy boundaries, addressing negative self-talk, and navigating heightened feelings, bodily sensations, or numbness. She works from a trauma-sensitive, somatic, and relational-cultural framework. She is an NIHB, WISB, and VQRP+ provider.

Crystal is also an evaluator with the competency to assist in evaluations of social and health programs and policies, especially those related to child welfare, domestic and family issues, gender-based violence, and mental health. Crystal is also experienced in providing Trauma-Informed Workspaces workshops and training.
