Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to support the brain in processing and integrating unresolved experiences.

EMDR can be effective for a wide range of concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, grief, low self-worth, and the lingering impacts of childhood trauma. EMDR may be offered as a stand-alone therapy or integrated with other approaches as part of your broader healing process. Have any questions? Book a FREE consultation!

‘I draw on various tools, but lead with being warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth.’

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a lack of meaning in your life? Do you often feel exhausted and overwhelmed by the weight of your worries and responsibilities? I believe it’s never too late to reinvent yourself and make meaningful, lasting changes in how you think, feel, and live.

I offer cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and interpersonal therapy to adults and adolescents from all walks of life. We begin by exploring your concerns and life history. As therapy progresses, we focus on deepening your understanding of yourself and identifying ways, both in and out of session, to engage more meaningfully with others and the world around you.

Throughout this process, I strive to offer warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental presence. Together, we work toward creating powerful and positive shifts in how you see yourself and live your life. Book a free 20-minute consultation with me today!
